Delivery and returns
We do not have a stationary store.
Goods are shipped to the address indicated in the order form.
Goods are delivered via:
- the Polish Post Office (collection at Żabka, Orlen, Ruch pick-up points)
- Courier Company
- Inpost parcel machines
- Personal collection (Monday to Friday from 7:30 am until 3:30 pm) - after prepayment.
- It is not possible to pay on the spot.
The buyer shall bear the costs of delivery (shipping) as specified in the shipping price list. The costs depend on the type of transport, payment method and the weight of the ordered goods.
RETURNS
If you wish to return or exchange the goods, please contact us by email at dziendobry@sznurkioutlet.pl or call us at:

attaching the receipt and order details (name, address, date of order and order number).
You can do it within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
